Jai Sikotar Maa Temple, also known as Vahanvati Mata Temple, is located near the sea, about 7 km from Khambhat, in Ralej village.Sikotar Mata is revered as the goddess of the sea and is particularly worshipped by the seafaring communities. The temple has a rich history and is an important pilgrimage site for devotees.According to local legends, Sikotar Mata is believed to protect her devotees, especially those who travel by sea. She is depicted riding a horse, symbolizing her readiness to come to the aid of her followers.
During Navratri, a huge celebration is held at Maa Sikotar. So Navratri is best time to visit sikotar mata mandir.
Annakshetra is run every Sunday and Poornima.
