How does a Seiko hold up against a comparable Christopher Ward? - SPB207J1 & C60 Tide Prototype

Capturing watches via high-quality photographs and videos was always my primary goal while starting Beans & Bezels, and I'm trying to revisit that with this new "Two Watches In Two Minutes" video series. The most common question I get is what I think of "Watch X vs Watch Y", so my goal is to put two watches together that have at least one definitive common denominator.
