👩🏻‍🍳RECIPE
8-12 ounces plain Greek yogurt, or sour cream, or mayonnaise
1 bunch of fresh cilantro, no stems
1/4 cup (or more) freshly-squeezed lime juice
4-5 green onions (just the green parts or both)
2-3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of honey
Cumin to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, no seeds
Fresh cabbage and carrots (if you want)

This recipe is like designing an outfit. There is no right or wrong way. The amounts are based on you and your families preferences and dietary restrictions. Have fun with it! Remember - the longer the cabbage is dressed, the softer it gets. I dress last minute!
