The Easiest Way to Start Carving Faces

I've wanted to do this video for SOOO Long. This will be the first in a series. This one is all about setting up a head and a basic face. I'm gonna put up quite a few (hopefully) mini videos that don't have intro's/outro's that are gonna be straight and to the point. Moustache/beards, hair, noses, Eyes/Brows to help give folks tools to really dig in and start a caricature carving journey while still only using 1x1 blocks. It's basic, but it works and best of all.... IT'S FUN! I'll have this and Subsequent videos in their own Caricature Carving playlist on the playlist tab as i release them.

This carving is done on a 2.5 inch long piece of 1 inch by 1 inch basswood.
