VERTICAL JIGGING DEEP WATER | Off The Gold Coast.

In this video I'm way outta my depths jigging the deepest waters I have ever fished in my life. Up until this trip I thought jigging 130m of waters was deep but fishing waters up to 300m with what seemed like endless winding with non electric reels was an eyeopener and a test of mental and physical fishing endurance. We are targeting the most prized fish of the deep, the most tasty and stunning species that call these great expanses home. The species that for now have eluded me and will be the reason I intend to but myself through this gruelling style of fishing once more in the very near future. Thats not to say that that the rest of the crew didn't make up for my short comings and landed some of the most epic looking deep water species of fish Australia has to offer.
