You'll need:
Assorted acrylic gems
Felt
Scissors
Sharpie
Fabric glue
Ribbon in your desired color

(0:11) Start with a 4 x 6 inch square of felt.

(0:12) Fold in half and make a mark here and here.

(0:16) Draw an arc to connect the marks.

(0:22) Cut along the line. Now you have your bib base!

(0:27) Arrange your gems. Start with larger gems in the center. Work your way out.

(0:33) Once a section is done, glue it down.

(0:39) Coat the back with glue and press onto the felt. Continue each section this way.

(0:48) Let dry and trim off the excess fabric.

(0:55) Cut ribbon into two equal lengths.

(0:59) Glue the ribbons to each of end of the fabric.

(1:05) Allow to dry and you're done!
