Cebu SPED school train prepare their students with livelihood skills

The Mandaue City SPED Public High School offers senior high school levels for their students with intellectual disabilities and autism. They have a huge sheltered workshop where their students can practice. One of them is Loribeth Fernandez who dreams that one day she will a small store.
