Chelsea Brawl After Woman Shot Through Window

6.30.19 | Video by LoudlabsNYC | MANHATTAN (DCPI) - Police are looking for the gunman who they say shot a 26-year-old female. It happened at 4 am Sunday at 418 West 17th St at the Fulton Houses. According to officials, she was shot through a window. EMS treated the woman for a gunshot wound to the elbow and transported her to an area hospital where she is listed in stable condition. Police are looking for a male black in his 30s who fled the scene. The victim initially was identified as a male, then they changed the description to a female. Tensions were high when a brawl broke out at the crime scene between a female and a few others.
