Fresh Eggplant, Pulses & Labeo Bata Fish Gravy Mashed Recipe - Healthy Food Cooking for Villagers
About 100 KG fresh eggplant collected from farm and 50 KG small labeo bata fish and 5 KG pulses mixed gravy curry recipe cooking by village ladies for 250+ people.
15 ladies work together to prepared huge amount of food for whole village people.
Women collect the eggplant and then cutting and processing all labeo Bata fish together.
Then they boiled eggplant and pulses together with some spice ingredient.
Then they fry all the fish and mixed up boiled eggplant and fish.
After finish cooking delicious fish & eggplant mashed, women serve rice & mashed to whole village people.
