La Union 2010. Our hero, Marcus or PhiMan, having spent a decade immersing in the surf culture in the coastlines of La Union, spends time in the city to continue reading Philosophy at The University. He meets another superhero in a science class and had their misadventures during that sem.

Rubbish along the beach brought about by the crowd and kooks has been the problem of many a surf town, but not with the La Union bunch, because they solve their own problems. A million dollar magical blue turle disappears from its enclave and is in the hands of villain Poacher Face. Our superheroes needs to beat the bad dude from the mighty game of Pusoy Dos in order to bring back order to the Turtle World and save its specie from extinction.
