oziTarget Waypoint following

New feature preview: A quick look at the ability for the task rings tool to monitor its waypoint for position changes and update the drawing of the rings if the waypoint is moved.

This will be a massive time saver for setting up 3D tasks with a pilot declared position.

I expect this feature to be available in the next Development release.
