PS5 Xbox Series X Scalping Situation - How Sony and Microsoft Can Beat The Scalpers

We've all seen the photos of scalpers flexing with how many consoles they've bought and how much money they're going to make. How do we resolve the situation? We need to make some noise as a community and get Sony and Microsoft to act. Perhaps its probably too late for this generation, but if we make enough of a fuss this time around, hopefully something can be done for next time.
