Creality Ender 5 Pro - Cooling fan service attempt and repair!

In this video I attempt to service a noisy cooling fan on an Creality Ender 5 Pro which also isn't spinning up on lower speeds (33%) during printing. But unfortunately it doesn't quite go to plan ☹
In hindsight given these are delicate and quite cheap to replace it's probably easier than taking it apart but do so at your own risk!
