2018 Dongfeng Fengxing Lingzhi M5 MPV Interior and Exterior Overview

The Fengxing Lingzhi is a range of MPVs built by the Liuzhou branch of Dongfeng Motor ("Fengxing" is the passenger car marque of Dongfeng Liuzhou). When first released in 2001, the Lingzhi was essentially a re-badged Mitsubishi Space Gear, a version of the third-gen Delica. It was through Taiwan’s China Motor Coporation, a partner of Mitsubishi, that Dongfeng Liuzhou acquired the Delica platform.

Three series have been developed: Lingzhi M5, M3, and V3, which have different price ranges and target different groups of consumers. The V3 is the most affordable of the three, and the M5 the high-end version.

In 2012, the Lingzhi is the No.1 best-selling MPV in China, posting 11129 sales. In 2014, 125,230 units were sold, making Lingzhi the No.3 best seller.
