Minimalism and Stoicism│How they'll improve your life

These two topics have captured my attention and heart like nothing else. I thought it'd be interesting to talk about how the two complement each other. It's not an exhaustive list but I ended up spending SO LONG on this video (you might have noticed its delay) and there are many more that I could talk about if given more time.

If you are after a more in-depth background in the history and philosophy of Stoicism, I'd recommend Massimo Pigliucci's TEDxAthens talk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yhn1Fe8cT0Q) and, although there are many great texts, Marcus Aurelius's Meditations (https://amzn.to/306HJX4) is probably my most highly recommended. It was not written for publication; it's his private diaries. There's something about getting a glimpse into this great man's mind in this way that comes with complete sincerity and beauty.
