Today I am showing you a week of my vegan dinners! I am showing you 7 vegan dinner recipes, they could also work for lunches too!

Pesto
- about 2 cups of spinach
- about 1 cup of basil
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (You can use cashews, macadamia nuts, walnuts, or any other nuts! You can also try sunflower seeds)
- olive oil (to your preferred texture)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- squeeze of lime or lemon

I have a queso dip/nacho 'cheese' recipe on my channel already that I used for nachos before, but in this video I used a different vegan nacho cheese recipe that I am working on (this one is more whole foods based)
