Alex Honnold makes it to the top of Taipei 101 skyscraper without ropes

Renowned American rock climber Alex Honnold just pulled off one of his most daring stunts — climbing to the 1,667-foot Taipei 101 skyscraper on Sunday without ropes or protective gear. Honnold needed just over 90 minutes to get to the top of the tower, one of the world’s tallest, as part of a deal with Netflix, which broadcast the “Skyscraper Live” event.
