ASSUMPTIONS: This workshop is intended for current Washington state notaries with basic knowledge of the loan signing process. A couple book suggestions for aspiring NSAs: Notary Signing Agent Certification Training Study Guide (ISBN 1-597-67195-9) and The Notary Signing Agent's Loan Document Sourcebook (ISBN 1-597-67256-7)
(NOTE: Part 1 does have some sound quality issues for the first 30-min (echo, reverb noise) but it seems to resolve around the 30-min mark.)

SUGGESTION FOR DIY PRACTICE AT HOME ON YOUR OWN: First, complete the reading assignment above. Then purchase/download/print a copy of my NSA 101 Practice Loan Package from my website. Remember to print single-sided! Get yourself a package of the repositionable Post-It arrows (100 or so) and some regular Post-It notes from your local office supply store.
AFTER WATCHING NSA 101 PARTS 1 & 2, PAUSE BEFORE CONTINUING TO PART 3! Go through the sample loan package page by page and identify all the signature blocks in the loan package using the arrow stickers, tab the critical loan documents as instructed, and apply Post-It notes with the word "NOTARY" to identify all the places your notary stamp would need to go. Then continue to Part 3 of the workshop video and follow along with me. This is practical "hands-on" portion that we do together in my in-person training workshops.
