Well this is actually two birth stories. In this video I cover the birth of both of my sons (at different times, they aren't twins :-)

I was extremely lucky that I had a good labour and delivery with both children with no complications. I do feel like my hypnobirthing did help (but then I know no different so I could just be lucky).

I am aware that I kind of just flippantly said about my dads death, but I will maybe talk about this in another video when I am a little braver - it is a long story!
