mini voltmeter problem diy ( how to fix voltmeter problem three wires)

I have both a mini voltmeter, but i was confuse about the description on it, it has three wires, black negative, yellow 0 to 200 volts and red 3v to 30v, so i have to make some fixing to make it work properly, hope for some people who buy something like this makes it help them,
