A look at Moment's CineBloom 20% & Tiffen's glimmer glass 1 filter. I go through a night photo & video test using both. I then do a little comparison to help anyone deciding between these or the more popular tiffin black pro mist. Filmed on XT4 with 23mm f/2 & XE4 with 27mm f/2.8.
