3/10/17: Cardiac Risk of Non-Cardiac Surgery: A Piece of My Mind

Kim A. Eagle, MD is the Albion Walter Hewlett Professor of Internal Medicine,
Professor of Health Management and Policy, and Director of the Samuel and Jean Frankel Cardiovascular Center at the University of Michigan. Dr. Eagle presents a lecture on cardiovascular risk management for surgeries that do not involve cardiovascular procedures. His research interests include outcomes research in cardiovascular medicine, clinical decision guidelines in heart care, quality assessment, thoracic aortic disease, childhood obesity, and re-use of pacemakers in underserved countries. Dr. Eagle's visit to the University of Wisconsin is supported by the Gary & Marie Weiner Visiting
Professorship. The title of his March 10, 2017 Grand Rounds talk is "Cardiac Risk of Non-Cardiac Surgery: A Piece of My Mind."
