Old Rusty Sealing Pliers Restoration

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. That's old rusty pliers I found at flea market, as usual. I never seen before this model of sealing pliers. And, sure I bought it. First, I disassembled it and used rusty remover liquid to remove all rusty and stacked screws. Well, after that I used iron brushes to remove patina and some old coat spots. Also, I made decision to not painting the sealing pliers. Then, used drill like a lathe machine to cleaning up and grinding wood handles of pliers with help of sandpapers. Then I used a coat to paint wood handle, I choose a deep bourbon color. In finally I used linseed oil for impregnation of wood handles. I hope you enjoy this restoration project.
