Room addition of 500 square feet master suite with bathroom that has double sink vanity, shower with 2 shampoo niches and private toilet. Closet for him and her. Pocket doors entrances for bathroom and closet. Sliding door from master to the new patio cover. New Milgard windows. Recessed lights and ceilings fan with google smart home control. Relocated the kitchen to the back of the house, open floor concept. Beautiful prefab kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop and glass subway tile backsplash. Island in the Middle of the kitchen. Adding large pantry with pocket door access. Closing of old sliding door and opening new large window above sink. Opening wall for large bay folding door to access the back yard. Adding 26 led recessed lights, chandelier above the island and above the dining table. All switches controlled by google voice smart home.
Adding in Living room wall frame and installed face modern fireplace and tv outlets hidden in the walls. We covered the wall with big size porcelain tiles.
Installing vinyl floor wood planks all over the house. Installing new base molding throughout the house. Complete interior painting. New interior doors and main entry door. Remodeled completely 2 more bathrooms in the house. Adding new HVAC system. Replacing 1/2 of the roof shingles and adding multiple skylights. Adding new concrete around the house and driveway.
