Second Amazon insider claims 'brand new' goods being 'binned' | ITV News

The scale of waste at an Amazon warehouse in Scotland, exposed by an ITV News investigation, could be a more widespread issue.

We've now heard testimony which widens the scandal. A former employee at a centre in England claims the same thing happened when he worked there.

It comes as ITV News understands the government has spoken directly to Amazon about our investigation into how the online retail giant destroys many unsold or returned goods - including laptops.

Amazon maintains it "makes every attempt to resell or donate laptops to good causes."
