Healthy and Tasty Makhana Kheer Recipe for Babies

Ingredients:
- 1.5 glasses of milk
- 1 bowl makhana (fox nuts)
- 1 banana (for garnishing)
- 2 tablespoons raisins (kismis)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or as per taste)
- 2 tablespoons dry fruit powder (made with cashew and almonds)
- 2-3 chopped pistachios (pista)
- 1 tablespoon ghee

Method:

- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan.
- Add makhana and roast on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour 1.5 glasses of milk into the pan and mix well with the roasted makhana.
- Add sugar, raisins, and dry fruit powder.
- Stir the mixture continuously to prevent sticking.
- Cook the kheer on a medium flame, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Chop 1 banana and some pistachios for garnishing.
- Pour the kheer into a serving bowl.
- Garnish with chopped banana and pista. (pistachios)

Tips:

- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- For extra flavour, you can add a pinch of cardamom powder.
- Serve warm or chilled, depending on your preference.
