Hoolihan & Big Chuck - "Beat the Owner" Skit - 1970s!!

From an "Oldies Night" on the Hoolihan & Big Chuck Show, here is a short segment with Hoolie & Big Chuck, followed by a skit called "Beat the Owner." Not sure when I taped this, I'm guessing the early 80s. Part of the soundtrack is off during the skit, that's just the way it transferred to the computer. Taped from WJW-TV8, in Cleveland.
