New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make a Southern Pineapple pie. This pie has a pineapple filling with Pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, butter, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, all spice and cornstarch. It also has a top and bottom crust with cinnamon sugar added on top of the top crust before baking. You can get about 8 servings with this pie.
