Chris Davison "Rise Above" (Official Lyric Video) 2020

Well here it is, first preview of my new solo single which will be available on all platforms in a couple of weeks.
I first started on this back in 2019 as a daft throwaway funk jam, then like alot of my music i write I get bored and start on other stuff, but i eventually persevered lol.
Dead proud of this one though as it's first track I've done for years where I've played all the instruments, sang, produced and mixed everything by myself.
Crazy amount of hours went into the making and I really hope you enjoy.
The tracks called "Rise Above" and is about about Paranoia, rising to the occasion, getting beat down physically and emotionally, rebuilding, finding and losing faith, the Devil and God, Ying and Yang , trying to do the right thing but constantly getting dragged down again but eventually finding a way through the darkness into the light but the light isn't what it should be.
Anyhow, any shares, comments, likes or hate is much appreciated. If you have access to decent headphones of a banging sound system, crank it up...
