OpenTX: D8 bind with internal or external Multi protocol module

I will show you how to bind your D8 receiver to a Multi protocol module from OpenTX. The method is the same no matter if you are using an external or an internal multi protocol module.

I use one D8 model configuration to which I bind all my quads, but I will also show you how to fine tune for a specific receiver.
