Caravan On Ferry | Wellington To Picton

I take the InterIslander ferry Kaiarahi from Wellington to Picton with my caravan. I had previously contacted them to check which ferry is a drive on and drive off option, and it's the Kaiarahi and Kaitaki.

As I was taking an evening ferry, I had hoped to get some lovely sunset pictures... but it wasn't to be. The rain arrived and I got to experience driving in the dark for the first time while it was raining and I wasn't sure where to go.

The next morning, I got to see where I'd stayed the night! A beautiful spot in a paddock.
