2016年，邢永恆帶著妻子和三個孩子，從上海西郊搬到鄉村生活。建房過程中，為了解決資金問題，他四處借錢，還抵押掉上海的別墅，才建起6棟房子、3個院子和2畝農田。現在，他們一家五口每天5點起床，到田裡逛一圈，便開始喝茶、打坐、爬山……
In 2016, Xing Yongheng rented four homesteads in Kunshan and moved there with his wife and three children from the western suburb of Shanghai. He borrowed money from his relatives and friends, and even mortgaged his villa in Shanghai to raise enough fund to create 6 houses, 3 courtyards and fields of 2 mu. Now the family of 5 get up at 5 o’clock every morning, hang out in the fields and then drink tea, meditate, and go hiking.
