You’ll begin with an accurate self-assessment, then reach out to identify steps that will lead to a series of stair-stepped goals from one week all the way out to ten years. Once you’ve created this framework, you can begin the process of shaping your subconscious to be “on your side.”

Keith discusses the Five Whys, a powerful tool to help you dig deep and understand what drives you. Once you’ve wrapped your mind around your internal motivation, you can harness it to push you toward success.
