INGREDIENTS
Pour la pate
250 g de farine
130 g de beurre
1 jaune d'œuf
4 cuillères a soupe d'eau
1 pincée de sel

Pour la garniture:

1 pâte feuilletée
- 4 à 5 cas de crème fraîche
- 2 paquets de 200 g de lardons
- 5 oeufs
- 50 à 100g d'emmental
- du sel et du poivre
