Inkscape step-by-step intermediate advanced tutorial on how to create custom minimalist map art with a watercolor effect as seen on Etsy. 1. Use OpenStreetMap to download your map data as an editable SVG file.
2. Clean up the map using Edit -- Select Same tool in Inkscape
3. Separate coastline from ocean vector
5. Recolor map.
6. Add watercolor effect with settings included.
