Hand-made by our master technicians, Utica Dental Lab follows a procedure that has worked for decades. The denture making process is typically a 4-5 step process.

First, an impression is taken of your mouth using an impression tray. Then wax rims (bite blocks) are made to record your bite registration.

Once this information is acquired, our lab techs create a wax try-in. Each tooth is individually added. The wax try-in is sculpted to match your bite exactly.
Once approved by your dentist, the wax try-in is used to create a cast of the denture.
The denture has acrylic pressed into place, is polished and sent out to your dentist.

Denture base is made from Lucitone 199 acrylic by @DentsplySirona. Teeth are Artic Denture Teeth by @KulzerInternational
