Trash-picked TP-LINK TL-SG1016 16-port GbE switch repair

Sub-20 minute repair job from cover off to cover on and running like new. It looks to be a decent enough switch. The idle power consumption off the 12 V rail is 300 mA, and it seems to increase by 30 mA for every ethernet plug you connect.
