Hello, Low Buy Beauties! I'm back with another vlog that I've slowly filmed over the last few weeks. As I write this, I'm feeling a lot clearer and more refreshed even since I took this footage. I was recently dealing with a lot of self-doubt, fatigue and burnout these past few weeks. Some within my work, and some within my Low Buy and my commitment to sharing my journey here on YouTube. 🙏🏻

Although taking a break and listening to one's body is necessary, I found I was at risk of staying in my funk if I "waited for the mood to strike" to pick up and get started, so this vlog is just a little compilation of my attempts to slowly get my motivation back by taking ACTION. As you will see, my motivation and energy ebbs and flows even in a few hours, but I think I got my groove back by just doing a little bit of something I needed and wanted to do (or didn't want to do but I knew would be good for me), even if it was for just 5 minutes sometimes.

Burnout is a very real thing in this hustle culture we live in, and it can happen within your work, your relationships, your side hustle and in yourself. This is how I slowly got out of my Burnout. I still feel behind and like I should be doing more, I still feel tempted to shop and treat myself, I still feel tempted to order takeout. But I'm realizing that it's the small, actionable steps we take to stay consistent with our goals that helps. And the key is ACTION, not just thinking about it. Action always speaks louder than words, and I think often serve us better than words can, too.

Chicken Udon Noodle Stir Fry 🍜
-boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-broccoli
-carrots
-onion
-garlic
-red peppers
-udon noodles
-olive oil
-sesame oil
-soy sauce
-chili flakes
-honey
Sautee chicken breasts in mix of olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil mix until is cooked and sauce thickens. Boil udon noodles per package. Steam veggies of choice and top with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
