Banned Books Week Virtual Read-Out -- Sherman Alexie

This is part of Virtual Read-Out, and I am reading the very opening of Sherman Alexie's "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian." My understanding is that it has been banned from two different schools.

Note to self: Before you read a passage aloud, make sure to practice any difficult worlds. And if you do stumble while reading, make sure it's the difficult words that trip you up, not the normal easy every day words.
