PS5 Dualsense Battery Life = 56% Improved? | Playstation 5 to Cost $500 at Launch ?

The Dualsense, the controller for the PS5 next gen console from Sony, has allegedly got a hugely improved battery life vs that of the Dualshock 4. The battery life was one of the main criticisms of that controller, so if true, this bodes well for the Playstation 5 controller. The leaker also touched on comfort, buttons, and other factors like charging.

We also have rumblings that Sony are targeting $500 for the launch price of the PS5, which lines up with previous expectations for the pricing of the machine. Price is going to be critical in the next gen console war, with both Microsoft and Sony trying to outdo each other with sheer value to the customer.

We have more rumours of when the Xbox Series X will launch, and the rumoured release date lines up with previous reports plus the launch window for the XSX from MS. Phil Spencer has also teased some "really strong" announcements soon for Xbox Game Pass.

Control will NOT have a free upgrade path on the Xbox Series X and PS5 for people who already own the game, which has left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths.
