PulseView 0.5.0 on Fedora 31

Had some problems running PulseView on Fedora 31
Not all decoders showed up on the menu, they were accessible but bit of a hit and miss which decoder gets selected.
I had to alter the PulseView sources a bit in order it to get compiled. I removed Ruby and Python bindings from the libsigrok as they gave errors when compiling.

Automatic code generator put some funny comment markers and my bleeding edge gcc compiler wasn't happy about them.
