Living History with Ernest McMillan (2019)

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza presented an interview with longtime civil rights activist Ernest McMillan. An active member of the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC)—who co-founded the Dallas chapter of that organization—McMillan was attending Morehouse College in Atlanta in 1963 and had a brief personal encounter with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The program was moderated by Curator Stephen Fagin. This special educational presentation took place at the Museum on March 6, 2019, connected via Distance Learning to a juvenile detention facility in Los Angeles, California.
