How to change gear box oil of ABB Robot 1st Axis/ on the job video/English

Normally ABB industrial robots has 6 axis i.e (1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th & 6th axis)

in this video we have explained that how to change gear box oil of ABB robots 1st Axis

normally !st axis is the base of ABB robots there 3 port is there on is for oil draining and oil level and last one is for oil filling

Removed the oil draining port and drain all old oil and refill the new oil into the oil inlet port till up to oil level port

before filling the oil ensure in your manual that how much oil has to be filled and which type of oil to be filled because axis to axis oil quantity might be changed
