* "Elbow Angle" tracks the angle of the wrestler's elbow angle over the life of the match. The gauges on the left and right sides of the video show the "real-time" elbow angle, while the charts at the bottom show how elbow angle changes over the life of the match.

* "Upper Arm Angle" is a measure of how far away the wrestler's upper arm is from perpendicular to the table. A smaller angle indicates that the wrestler is doing a good job of keeping his upper arm in tight to his body (meaning his position is relatively strong), while a larger angle indicates that the wrestler's upper arm is drifting away from his body (meaning his position is relatively weak).

* Colors of the triangles - These change from green (best position) to yellow (okay position) to red (unfavorable position) as a wrestler's elbow angle and upper arm angle change. For simplicity, it is assumed that a smaller elbow angle is better than a large elbow angle (i.e., it is better to have your hand close to your body than it is for your hand to be far away from your body). Similarly, it is assumed that it is better to have your upper arm in tight to your body, rather than having it far away from your body (though this is not necessarily true during certain types of toprolls).

* "Distance between shoulder and hand" measures the approximate number of inches between the middle of the wrestler's shoulder and the middle of his hand. Smaller distances generally mean that the wrestler is in a stronger position, but this is not true for some types of toprolls.

* "Hands Relative to Center of Table (inches)" is a measure of who is winning the backpressure battle at any time during the match. The metric tracks how many inches from the center of the table the competitors' hands are during the match. For instance, if this gauge indicates 5, then this means that the competitors' hands are approximately 5 inches away from the center of the table toward the wrestler on the right side. In other words, the wrestler on the right side is winning the backpressure battle.
