Tabbouleh Recipe | Fresh & Healthy Middle Eastern Salad | Quick and Easy to make

Here’s a classic Lebanese Tabbouli (Tabbouleh) salad recipe — fresh, zesty, and herb-packed:

Ingredients:

• 3 bunches of Parsley – (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp Mint leaves – (finely chopped)
• 3 medium tomatoes – (diced small)
• 3 stalks Green onions – (finely chopped)
• 1/2 red onion - finely chopped (optional)
• 1/2 cup Fine bulgur wheat – (soaked in hot water for 10-15 mins, then drained well)
• 1/2 cup lemon juice – (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 cup Olive oil
• Salt – to taste
• Pepper
