Bomboloni | a Master class on traditional Italian donuts
Bomboloni are traditional super pillowy Italian donuts filled with different creams like pastry cream and Nutella in this case.
Today is Carnaval or Carnevale and even though Bomboloni are traditional all year round, during these celebrations is traditional to eat lots of fried foods. So there we go! Here's a super detailed class on the process of making the dough, frying and filling these delicious treats.

Ateco #822 & #803 however I would have liked to use Ateco #230 to fill the bomboloni.
