EVERYTHING You Need to Know for ADU FLOORING

Before you begin installing any flooring you need to know what is under the existing flooring. Depending on the type of flooring wanting to be installed, you may need to install a waterproofing guard! Flooring materials to choose from are laminate, vinyl, hardwood, and engineered hardwood. This ADU is 370 sq ft, garage conversion with no addition. The ADU has a full-size kitchen, custom countertop, and high-end appliances and is lit by a skylight. The ADU has one medium size bedroom, with built-in closet spaces and a sliding door that leads to a big and spacious backyard. The ADUs' bathroom includes floor-to-ceiling tile, a tub, a vanity, and high-end finishes. The ADU will rent for $2,500 and will be an excellent secondary source of income for the homeowner.
