"Kathak Pakhawaj Symphony" by Eshani Sathe

Pt. Bhawani Shankar Kathak is a legend of the rich cultural heritage of the percussion science and art of India. This video explores and decorates the music of this instrument with movements and colours. Kathak is a story tellers art form, and I have tried to imbibe many different aspects of kathak in this piece, which include, Shiva Paran, Krishna Radha Ched chaad, thaat anga, as well as footwork, and the Jaipur speciality of its Iconic Spins.
