Homemade CNC clamps for home built, 8 x 4 CNC Router. Cut on our laser machine from Birch plywood.

We normally cut our work from larger pieces which means we have never really had a need for specific hold down clamps. We have some spare timber which we want to try and use for a specific job which meant that we needed another way to clamp the boards down which did not use nails/pins.

We used the design which is available from Inventables. This was laser cut from 6mm Birch Plywood, laminated together, a notch cut into the front end and then we drilled out the main board.
