SNIRT 2022! - Honda ATC's Dominate the Event! - US90 Barn Find Teaser - Homemade Over-Fender How To!

After being canceled the last 2 years, the poker run known as SNIRT (Snow/Dirt) was back on! This event is held on the Tug Hill Plateau, north of Syracuse, New York. At the end of the snowmobile season, while there's still some snow left on the trails (sometimes a lot, sometimes a little) they let all the crazies loose and a good time ensues!

Our group consisted of 15 people on 14 machines. There were 8 quads, 5 trikes, and a dirt bike. A mix of old high school buddies, friends and strangers, we set out from Snow Ridge Ski Area in Turin NY and hit a number of spots to get stamps on our cards... Whiskey Jack's, Highmarket Inn, Flat Rock, Hook & Ladder Co., Tuggers, and the Barnes Corner Groomer Barn. Oh, and Montague really briefly on the way back to the trucks.

We covered 86.5 miles. The group was large and mixed with machines and riders of various capabilities... so our pace was not record breaking. We did have a really fun time and enjoyed the experience a lot!

And of course I had to end the day with scoring some Honda Three Wheelers in a nice little honey hole of a barn find. The trailer already had a 1985 ATC 350X, a 1986 ATC 250SX, a Polaris Sportsman 400, and a Honda Rincon... but we managed to fit 2 US90's in the back of the truck, a 1982 185s, a 1983 110 and a late 60's Honda s90 motorcycle! We were full!

It was a big day with big fun! Looking forward to next year!
